Retainer plans

• Retainer plans and prices shown on this website are indicative and may be revised. The terms that apply to you are those confirmed in your engagement letter.
• Plans are billed monthly. Document and notice limits reset each month and do not carry forward.
• Work beyond a plan's listed inclusions, litigation representation, and out-of-pocket expenses (such as court fees, stamp duty and travel) are billed separately.
• Submitting a subscription request through this website is a request only. A retainer begins when we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, the first invoice is paid.
• Applicable taxes are charged as per law.

Intellectual property
